It may sound like a bit of a cliche, but having travelled around much of New Zealand over the last decade, we truly do believe that New Zealand is a world in one country. From tropical white sand beaches in the north to snow covered alpine peaks in the south (and everything in between, think fiords, glaciers, forests, deserts and volcanoes), New Zealand has so much to offer when it comes to stunning locations for film and TV productions and stills campaigns.

The images on this site are a small taste of the places we’ve explored and continue to explore. Filming permission is of course not guaranteed at these locations, and some of them are not without their logistical challenges. As content creators ourselves (albeit on a small scale), we understand that there’s more to location scouting than simply finding ‘the shot’. But if the looks we’ve shared here are what you’re after, we can help find and facilitate access to amazing locations like these.

About Us

As expats now living in New Zealand, we were drawn to this country by our love for the outdoors. We arrived here with a ‘tourist’ mindset over 10 years ago, and we continue to explore and experience New Zealand with the same sense of wonder and appreciation. For us there’s nothing more exciting than finding amazing places that are off the beaten path.

While we don’t need much of an excuse to travel further afield, our home base is in Taupō in the Central North Island and that’s where you’ll find us most of the time.
